By accessing and using our KYC compliance platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our platform provides:

• Automated sanctions screening against global databases
• Document collection and validation tools
• Client and vendor management systems
• Compliance reporting and monitoring
• Risk assessment and evaluation tools

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.

• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately if required by law or regulation

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on our platform
• Updated "Last modified" date on this page

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
